We are looking for a high-impact communications project leader to lead a strategic and operational structure to help meet the fast-changing needs for the global small business and self-employed group (SBSEG) communications team. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency and synergy cross-market and cross-functionally, and creating and executing programs to improve, inform, and align our global teams.

We are looking for a solutions-oriented critical thinker, who's proactive, well-organized and has a proven track record of developing rigorous processes, impactful employee-centered programs and brand-building initiatives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional project management skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who's shaped programs across international markets and is skilled at working cross-functionally to achieve their goals.
