NINE is a trusted leader specializing in scaling teams across businesses globally. In line with our growth strategy, we are looking at international expansion and hiring a regional recruitment manager located in the USA to help expand our business.

We are looking for a seasoned salesperson with the sole responsibility of winning new business by selling our talent solutions - Direct Hire, W2 Contract, and 1099 (SoW)

Responsibilities:

• Pitch our recruitment/search and talent services
• Have strong Sales acumen and be results-driven, taking ownership and responsibility for your clients' development
• Work closely with delivery teams to streamline effective delivery
• Manage ongoing relationships, escalations, wash-ups, and wrap-ups with clients
• Identify opportunities/leads and secure meetings

Requirements:

Strong new business experience in selling recruitment projects and have contacts to leverage to open doors.
