Location: Orlando, Miami, Tampa or nearby areas (remote work may be discussed for strong candidates)

RAINSBERG, a leading brand specializing in innovative and stylish smart backpacks, is seeking a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager with experience and understanding of the fashion, bags, luggage, and backpacks market in the USA / Canada. We take pride in offering top-quality products that combine style, safety, and convenience, setting us apart from competitors. Our backpacks are equipped with protective hard shells, touch locks, built-in chargers, and more, making them the perfect companion for busy professionals, travelers, and students.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience and connections with potential dealers and distributors and will understand how to work with them, what to pay attention to, and how to approach procurement departments of various dealer networks.
Responsibilities:
• Building and expanding the network of dealers and distributors
• Achieving planned sales indicators, KPIs for attracting dealers and distributors (quarter, half-year, year)
Requirements:
• Knowledge of our market segment
• Experience of 2-3 years in our or related field
Conditions:
• Employment type: W2 or 1099 (preferred, but open to discussion for strong candidates)
• Competitive salary plus sales performance bonuses
• Work schedule: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5 days a week
• Reimbursement for phone, travel, car rental/taxi compensation for necessary trips to other states
