Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative to help us establish our FIRST-EVER SDR team in the US!


As an SDR at Connecteam, you'll play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities through both Outbound prospecting and nurturing intent among leads that expressed interest in what we do (Inbound).


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with inbound leads via calls/email/social
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges & set up demos for Account Executives to establish and grow pipeline opportunities
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation


Requirements:


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri - must.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native English - Must
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ambitious GRADUATES are also welcome
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or similar outbound commercial role
