We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs/ISRs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan to drive top of funnel lead generation growth and revenue for our SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and/or new markets.
  • Develop campaigns that are targeted and provide a customized engagement for the BDR’s during their outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and maximize business results.
  • Assist recruiting / HR with identifying market leading BDR representatives who could quicky onboard and assist with top-of-funnel growth expectations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to drive growth and revenue for our SaaS solutions.
  • Build and manage a high-performance team of Business Development Representatives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive data-driven decision making and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Leverage and evaluate for use market trending software for maximizing the BDR’s team performance.


Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the SaaS market.
  • Annual Salary: $160k
  • 7+ years of leading BDR or Inside Sales teams supporting SaaS related pursuits.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies that drive growth and revenue.
