About The Team


DoroDash’s New Verticals team focuses on growing our non-restaurant bets across all DoorDash lines of business. The team manages the strategic vision, acquisition, management and development of partnerships outside of our restaurant business. This team is at the tip of the spear for many of DoorDash’s growth bets.


About The Role


As a Health Business Development Manager for DoorDash, you will lead our relationships and negotiations with pharmacies and other companies in the broader healthcare ecosystem. The best candidates will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.


Finally, you enjoy building and solving ambiguous, hairy problems -- you like to experiment with new things to further develop our business in a way we haven’t yet explored.

  • Own, develop and refine the the strategy for DoorDash partnerships in the health space
  • Manage a pipeline of accounts in all phases of our relationship
  • Lead the deal process with internal stakeholders to draft compelling proposals external partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set the future for our health partnerships

  • You have 6+ years of business development experience and sales experience, preferably a mix of high-growth, early-stage startup, or the healthcare space

Compensation


The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.


Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.


California Pay Range:


$170,000—$270,000 USD


Colorado Pay Range:


$170,000—$243,000 USD


New Jersey Pay Range:


$170,000—$230,000 USD


New York Pay Range:


$170,000—$270,000 USD


Washington Pay Range:


$170,000—$257,000 USD
