Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for the quarterly budget process. This includes managing timelines and spearheading meetings with sales and cross functional partners on projections.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Facilitate weekly brand revenue meetings and identifies retail, shipment, and sales deduction Risks and Opportunities.
  • Key voice representing sales POV in monthly demand, finance, and marketing reviews. Fundamental knowledge of key retailer state of the business. (NARS/DE SELL IN ATTENDANCE in PRE-CON, due to by Retailer Demand Plan)
  • Provide the S&OP, Marketing and Finance teams with retail and gross data for month end, quarterly, and annual submission to headquarters.
Other Responsibilities
  • DE/NARS monthly Rev deck actualization for Retail/Net
  • All brands: Finance monthly markdown and accrual alignment
  • Month End Actualizing:
  • NARS: monthly fill rate analysis. Sales vs demand assumption
  • All brands: gross component build for Sell in Teams.
  • Providing monthly net commentary on MTD and YTD results.
  • Partner with Sales Ops team to be aware of launch and promo set availability and ensure allocations are reflected properly is sales projections. (needs improvement)
  • Monitoring the monthly gross forecast by partnering with the sell-in. Communication to Leadership on Risks and Opportunities that impact the calendar year.
  • Manage updates to individual Account Revenue decks – updated accordingly to financial budget timing.
  • Weekly trackers for month landing
  • Consolidate pipe/promo (manual, not easily identifiable in current gross hpln)
  • R/O consolidation
  • CEP Monthly:
  • Monthly summaries (Retail/Net by Account, Quarterly Phasing, Retail/ Net Bridges, B&M/Com, WOS)
  • All brands: Additional follow-up depending on outcome of meetings.
  • All brands: Gross HPLN shared (manual, time consuming, requires additional multi-steps to consolidate before sharing).
  • SHI/CPB/Fragrances: meeting prior to pre-con for alignment on pipe/promo/basic.
  • Consensus:
KEY REPORTING OUTPUTS: (i.e., Revenue Deck, Promo Allocations)
  • Revenue Tracker – consolidation from individual Rev deck
  • Monthly CEP Summaries
  • Monthly Slides for Brand Reviews
  • Seasonal Holiday Sell Thru and Return/MD Tracking
  • Weekly Trackers for retail and net progression to plan and prior week change
  • Monthly Gross Component Build
  • Monthly Gross HPLN Rollup
