Position Summary: This role operates as the lead execution role for HR functional operations, focused on designing employee processes as well as ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact, high-profile HR programs. Their main responsibilities will focus on: Workday HCM process design and ongoing support; the execution of recurring employee programs and processes such as orientation, onboarding and off-boarding activities immigration support, and compliance reporting needs; and project management support for major initiatives across HR functional areas.

Salary Range
$138,200.00 - $187,000.00

Job Duties
- Support problem-solving activities to define problems across HR processes and programs, assess current state issues, test and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes
- Daily execution for employee process and programs: new hire orientation, SOX, immigration, international employment agreements, AAP, e-verify, employee exits, EEO-1 and CA pay data reporting
- Interact with employees onsite, answer questions in real time on HR processes, coordinate across HR to solve employee concerns
- Assist in rollout and execution support of major HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation, annual engagement survey, etc.
- Increase the ease of information to employees on HR SharePoint site, oversee the updates of employee documents including the Employee Handbook, the HR calendar, FAQs, etc.
- Ensure process documentation remains current, changes are effectively managed, and SOX-compliant
- Design standard operating procedures for processes as needed, create job aids to educate and train team members, cross functional partners, and/or employees
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and partner to ensure project goals are reached; proactively find opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Update and maintain employee data in Workday as needed, execute testing on system changes, partner with HRIS lead on enhancements and improvements
- Build and maintain project tracking tools to support HR in planning, progress tracking, and decision-making for major projects and new initiatives
- This role requires strong problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills as well as the ability to quickly adapt to shifts in priorities
- 5+ years’ experience in HR functional areas or as an HR Generalist
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience executing employee programs
- Project management experience
- Experience with Workday systems and process design
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
