Responsibilities

• Be a compassionate guide through leave of absence and workers' compensation processes.
• Cultivate a responsive and supportive workplace by addressing team inquiries.
• Create a warm welcome for new team members through seamless onboarding.
• Safeguard our integrity by maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• HR certification preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration and leave management.
• 3+ years as an HR generalist, touching lives and making a positive impact.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging between $60,000-$75,000, reflecting your experience and expertise
