About The Role
The Human Resources Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting in a temporary project to clean-up and organize HR electronic documents and data following our implementation of Workday.
What You’ll Do

• Communicate with stakeholders on project status and needs as they arise
• Assess the current state of electronic documents and data
• Delete outdated or unnecessary documents
• Update and maintain records in Workday
• Rename documents categorized incorrectly
• Develop a project plan and overseeing the clean-up from start to finish
• Categorize and organize electronic documents

Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite or related software Experience utilizing Workday, Adobe Sign and DocuSign
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable.

$34.06—$40.07 USD
