About the role
*BDR/Lead generation Specialist. IC responsibilities, setting appointments for net-new
business clients in the Human Resources industry.
*$85k to $100k base, commensurate with your current success. A generous bonus
package and outstanding benefits round out the compensation.
*Proven track record in a high activity, high energy sales role.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent research skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of lead-generation strategies. Responsibilities
Lead Identification:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and prospects within targeted industries and markets.
· To identify and qualify leads, utilize various sources, including online databases, social media, industry publications, and networking events.
Prospecting:
· Reach out to leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and personalized messaging.
· Develop and maintain a systematic approach to tracking and managing leads throughout the sales cycle.
Qualification:
· Engage with leads to determine their level of interest, pain points, and potential fit for the company's products or services.
· Use strategic questioning and active listening to gather relevant information and assess lead quality.
· Appointment setting for Account Executives.
Database Management:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and proper segmentation.
· Regularly clean and update the lead database to eliminate duplicates and inactive leads.
Collaboration:
· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business goals.
· Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve lead targeting and messaging.
· Performance Metrics:
· Set and meet lead generation targets and KPIs, tracking progress and reporting regularly.
· Analyze the effectiveness of different lead generation strategies and refine approaches based on results.
Content Creation:
· To engage leads effectively, assist in creating compelling and relevant content, including email templates, messaging scripts, and value propositions.
Continuous Learning:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving lead generation techniques.
· Adapt strategies to leverage emerging tools and technologies for improved lead generation.
Requirements
· Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
