HR Assistant (COMPLIANCE SERVICES) – Contract

KPMG is working through its partnership with Magnit and is currently seeking remote contractors in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist employees regarding citizenship documents
• Support with citizenship verification requests and inquiries including monitoring a high-volume general mailbox
• Monitor requests on ServiceNow portal
• Support the team with other compliance related processes
• Work with the business/practice on questions related to citizenship requests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with firm, state, and federal HR compliance requirements; experience working in ServiceNow highly preferred
• Understanding of immigration/citizenship documents
• Experience with working in a high-volume general mailbox
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university
• Minimum two years of recent HR experience; preferably within a professional services firm
• Strong organization ability as well as detail oriented while recognizing potential issues and addressing them; ability to multitask and work on multistep processes

The pay rate range(s) displayed is/are specifically for those contracted who will perform work in or reside in the location(s) listed below, if selected for the role. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications (e.g., JD, technology), and specific location, for example. Additionally, applicants may be required to apply and become employed by a service provider utilized by KPMG, and final pay rate(s) and/or eligibility for additional benefits may be determined by such provider.

$18-20 hourly (USD)
