Junior Hr Coordinator Jobs

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Junior Hr Coordinator - Remote.

:

The ideal candidate will Partner closely with recruiters, sources, and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process. And will schedule candidate interviews and logistics in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination and/or a similar scheduling role (Recruiting Coordinator, Administrative Business Partner, etc) in a high volume environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Uses existing procedures to solve problems and analyzes information and standard practices to make judgment calls
• Detail oriented, highly organized, able to multitask, and adapt to any last minute changes in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to easily connect with all types of people
• Strong knowledge of Recruiting tools such as GoodTime, Zendesk, and Greenhouse (ATS)
• Able to take initiative and have the confidence to keep interviews running on time, persuade people to get their feedback in a timely manner, and nudge the recruiters to get back to their candidates when necessary
