👾 The Role

As an HR Coordinator & Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's growth by effectively managing HR functions and spearheading the recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of HR coordination, recruitment, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.


Main responsibilities:

  • Leverage your adaptability to support a fast-scaling team effectively.
  • Draw on your experience to identify top talent in the US and internationally.
  • Coordinate communication within a diverse team, adapting to remote dynamics.
  • Help foster company culture by leading and planning company events, celebrating team wins, and managing other related company initiatives
  • Start from scratch & streamline the recruitment process for diverse roles.
  • Become a true representative of the company, sharing their passion for digital marketing and/or lead generation industry nuances.
  • Utilize your experience to ensure seamless HR operations and employee management
  • Foster a friendly and collaborative work environment by being approachable & taking initiative.


🧑🏽💻 What does a great candidate look like to us?

  • Proven ability to work independently, displaying adaptability to evolving situations, alongside a fast-scaling team.
  • Experience working both in-person and remotely.
  • Demonstrate native-level English proficiency for effective communication.
  • Demonstrated experience working in or with agencies in previous roles.
  • Strong active-listening skills and approachability to foster a friendly and collaborative work environment. Able to take the initiative to reach out to team members and ensure they feel heard and seen.
  • Familiarity with marketing or lead generation industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for various roles (e.g. Sales, Operations, Marketing, Call Center) involving sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, including creating recruitment processes from scratch.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
