The impact you will make

As PipeDreams grows, we need someone to help with all aspects of on-boarding and HR functions to come take an active role with a very optimistic team!

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within a multi-location set-up spread and over various states within the United States to include California
• Strong HR knowledge in federal and state law compliance, general HR administration and process, as well as benefits
• Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Human Resources preferred
• Additional HR training and certifications preferred

• Strong accountability and self-management skills
• Solid organizational, planning and time management skills
• Detail oriented and very organized
• Excelling at active listening, verbal and non-verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Ensure company abides by all federal and state laws and executes all necessary tasks associated
• Supports answering internal and external HR related queries and requests
• Supports the administrative part of the new hire process (screening, updating HR systems and other platforms)
• Owns all general HR administration and coordination tasks
• Maintains and updates employee records within ADP
• Assist with the termination process
• Upkeep HR calendar, including scheduling meetings, training sessions and events
