About The Role

This role is in the GapTech organization supporting the corporate real estate team as they work through the construction process of building out new facilities (e.g. stores, corporate facilities, etc.) We are implementing technology, Lucernex, to assist with these efforts. This person would help in assessing the change needs of the impacted team that would include external vendors. Once the impact is assessed this person would help to build out training materials, and work with the team to develop a training approach. Additionally, we would like to have this person also assist in managing the project – helping the team to keep things moving forward.

Who You Are

Key experience:

• Experience working with external vendors
• Strong project management skills
• Development of training material to successfully address the change impact
• Ability to assess the change impact to various stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Having developed training for technical applications
• Experience with Lucernex

Contract Pay Rate: $90/HR - $105/HR.

This role will be paid through a 3rd party vendor, this is not a FTE role with Gap, Inc. Contractor pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
