Insight Global is seeking a recruitment coordinator for a large healthcare client. The role will be responsible for providing administrative

support to the recruitment team to ensure the

successful acquisition of talented employees. Other responsibilities of this role include:

-Coordinate interview schedules in an organized and

timely fashion and provide detailed interview

confirmations to all candidates

-Prepare and send out offer letters and new hire

packets and coordinate completion of new hire

paperwork to ensure successful employee on-boarding

-Manage background/reference checks and drug test

administration for all new hires, and coordinate the

remote I-9 process as appropriate; monitor status

on a daily basis and provide necessary updates to

recruiters

-Assist in maintaining candidate information in

the clients Applicant Tracking System

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements

-High school diploma or GED

-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

-Strong time management and organizational skills

-Ability to communicate and interface with all levels

of the organization

-Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced,

task/deadline- oriented environment

Plusses

-Prior experience with interview scheduling in a

high-volume recruiting environment

-Degree in Human Resources
