Tournament Coordinator Jobs

Our client, the world’s largest gaming and entertainment company, is looking to hire a Tournament Coordinator to join their team 100% remotely.

*This is a 1-year W2 contract with an opportunity for conversion or extension*

The Game Operations Manager will contribute to the overall tournament operation strategy. This position will focus on managing the end-to-end operations across the Companies Tournaments portfolio. This will include the organization of timing and publication for tournaments, ensuring partner approvals, maintaining prizing inventories and the distribution of such prizing, and communicating the health of tournament programs and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for obtaining, driving the approval process, and delivering tournament assets and rulesets
• Own and maintain a calendar of tournament operations for internal and external use
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external collaborators
• Regular QA and auditing of live tournaments and programs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Responsible for day-to-day scheduling and form, fit, and function of tournaments
• Own and maintain prizing inventory and distribution database
• Communicate across a global team, providing frequent status updates
• Consolidate information within project management tool on a regular basis

Required Skills and Experience:

• An ability to see the larger goals while executing details in your everyday
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Excel, solid understanding of mathematical operations, and managing large datasets
• Knowledge of the competitive gaming landscape
