Pay: $60,000 - $67,000

THE ROLE

• Provide relevant updates in department meetings, leadership meetings, ops meetings, and region meetings
• Lead process improvement brainstorms with the team
• Meet ad hoc with the DOOs to make sure your team is set up for success with big programs launching
• Keep the team on track with getting through tickets and onboarding lists by implementing creative ways to do the work together (onboarding calls power hours, Bingo power hours, ticket closing competitions, etc.)
• Hold one-on-one check-ins with all members of the team weekly or bi-weekly to go over questions, tasks, projects, ideas, professional development, feedback, etc.
• Connect with stakeholders for process improvements to figure out the best process and timeline for implementation
• Assign districts to respective HOCs broken up by region every 6 months or so depending on growth
• Lead weekly team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page about upcoming programs, events, and process changes
• Manage team of HR & Onboarding Coordinators

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of working experience in education, customer service, or onboarding

About You

• Ability to assess if a team is starting to have too much on their plates and advocate for hiring more HOCs
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a curiosity for solving problems
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of HOCs by properly managing expectations, delivering feedback, communicating about process and team changes, delegating tasks, and creating and executing coach onboarding plans in line with strategic recruitment goals
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in connecting with colleagues at all levels in all departments
• Ability to assess team members’ strengths and areas of improvement and clearly communicate those to team members
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Thorough understanding of the organization’s goals, mission, and plans and how the HOC team fits into those

The target annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $67,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
