Talent Acquisition Manager


Job Type: Full-time


Location: Hybrid, (70% remote, 30% in person) expected to travel in and around Alameda & Contra Costa County, CA, and occasionally travel throughout California (2-3 times per year).


Salary: $62,000 - $85,000 annually

THE ROLE


Elevo is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team of dynamic Talent professionals. Internally known as the Talent Manager (TM) this role will be a working manager who provides leadership, coaching, and innovative thinking to support hiring across multiple departments. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own and develop relationships with key stakeholders, manage a team of recruiters, and support recruiting for critical openings. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of current trends in recruiting, have previous TA management experience, and have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.


Responsibilities


  • Critically analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends/opportunities for improvement
  • Must have the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities with flexibility, creativity, and grace under pressure, working with all levels of staff and external populations
  • Collaborate with the Director of Coach Recruitment and Directors of Operation to develop recruitment strategies and drive lead generation through community and university outreach
  • Manage recruiters, provide coaching, and ensure recruiting practices are consistent with Elevo’s process and expectations
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity and ensure quality assurance in our CRM (HubSpot) for all recruiters


Position Requirements


  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Understands the importance of data integrity to provide accurate pipeline reporting
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting preferred
  • Comfortable working with multiple people and departments internally
  • Experience leading and building teams
  • This is a hybrid position based in Alameda & Contra Costa County, CA at 70% remote, and 30% in-person. Travel to and from various in-person recruitment events, meetings, and trainings In Alameda & Contra Costa County, CA will be regularly required while travel throughout the entire state of California will be occasional. (2-3 times per year)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite programs is also necessary
  • Familiarity with databases, sales software, and services, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • 3+ years of previous background in sales, operations, talent acquisition, or customer service
  • Experience managing CRM (HubSpot) systems is strongly preferred

The target annual base pay range for this position is $62,000 - $85,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
