Hr Generalist | Investment Firm | $125K - $150K + Bonus

Are you a passionate HR professional with 5-7+ years of experience, looking to make a substantial impact in the investment management sector? Look no further! As a Generalist in Human Resources, you’ll be immersed in an array of tasks, from spearheading recruitment processes to orchestrating employee engagement and DEI initiatives. You will be instrumental in creating HR processes and procedures, managing payroll and working within various HR systems. You will be involved in employee relations fostering an outstanding culture and an unparalleled employee experience. Acting as a vital thought partner to the Head of HR, you’ll synthesize complex data into actionable strategies that are in lockstep with our business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of human resources experience with at least 2 years of direct manager experience
• Expertise in all HR practice areas, including the various state and federal employment compliance regulations
• Exceptional eye for detail, strong organizational skills and adaptable
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Superb interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships at all levels
• Experience within a professional services environment, ideally finance
• Ability to work successfully independently or in a team setting
• HR Certification strongly preferred
