What You Will Be Doing

• Engaged in all aspects of the project life cycle, adhering to project scope, set schedules, assess and report risks, run daily scrums, and more
• Develop and manage all aspects of the project, from scope, planning, communications, change management, risks, and issues
• Specify the goals and extent of the business system
• Communicate with stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and executive leaders
• Coordinate and oversee all project phases to ensure timely completion
• Employ a project management tool to track risks, actions, issues, and decisions
• Document processes and configurations with a commitment to quality and timeliness.
• Maintain clear and effective communication and demonstrate a steadfast approach
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and end users to identify the most effective approach for business processes
• Aid in the establishment of project management and business analyst standards for the IT department
• Gather, analyze, and summarize information and trends as required to prepare project status reports
• Adherence to best practices in project management, requirements accountability metrics, roles, and responsibilities
• Organize collaborative meetings to discuss project objectives and progress
• Develop and implement project communication plans, providing regular updates to relevant staff and stakeholders
• Present project success criteria, results, and metrics, and provide status updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Establish and monitor project milestones, effectively handle unforeseen delays, and adjust schedule, scope, and resources as necessary to meet expectations

What You Will Need

• Comprehensive understanding of IT processes, encompassing security, systems, networks, cloud computing, programming, and scalability
• Experience in JIRA Development and enhancement
• Proficiency in utilizing JIRA software and Confluence to oversee all IT requests
• Experience collaborating in a high-level environment and fostering teamwork
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus
• Strong personal accountability in decision-making and supervising department teams
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience establishing guidelines for others in these areas
• Proficient at managing multiple concurrent projects
• Bachelor’s degree in information science or related fields
• Demonstrated comprehension of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies, along with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Extensive experience with SDLC Methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and SDLC/Waterfall
• A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification
• Agile Scrum Master Certification
• Proven customer service skills, including relationship-building and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Minimum 5+ years of managing technology projects
