Hr Manager Jobs

Job Objective:

The Human Resources Manager is the tactical point-of-contact for U.S. based employee-related matters. The Human Resource Manager will coordinate, and implement scalable HR people strategies & solutions for WisetekUSA. In this role, the HRM will be a major influencer in shaping an employee-centric culture that emboldens Wisetek’s values of respect, learning, & inclusion. The HRM will be the Company’s trusted SME for HR compliance and administration.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Administer job boards, intranet, social media,
• Coordinate Wisetek’s USA employee events and communications, including Global Employee Newsletter, All Hands Calls, and similar initiatives.
• Identifies staffing, recruiting and onboarding needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
• Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, multi-state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Implement & database manage HR systems
• Grant Administer: Administer professional development, training, and certification activities
• Other duties as assigned
• Administer of human resource programs including, but not limited to, employee management, performance management, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
• Manages and ongoing evaluation of HR third party vendors
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to leadership
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training initiatives, and performance management to support the organizations human resource strategic needs.
• Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human capital management system (HCM) or talent management system.
• POC for Train-the-trainer program
• HR POC for all Wisetek USA employees related matters

Education and Experience:

• Insight/Experience in Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail
• Prefer PEO experience
• Multi-cultural, multi-generational
• Experience managing an intranet
• MS Office
• Prefer Social Media Communications exp, Community Relations
• 2-3 year HCM systems administration experience, preference
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Tech, Organizational Design, Marketing

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

On-site with some travel to other domestic sites.
