Job Description
  • Conduct day-to-day administrative transactional processes in HR Management system (UKG/UltiPro)
  • Implement a People Assist platform or ticketing system.
  • Responsible for managing end to end People Operations processes, service offerings, key objectives and deliverables to meet employee and business expectations.
  • Partner with the Head of People and Culture to create standardized work processes for basic HR functions.
  • Develop and drive a strategy to lead the People Operations Services operating model that both optimizes and maximizes how People Operations supports our workforce.
  • Integrate, consolidate and drive the development of relevant policies, procedures, and laws while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in and facilitate project implementation including performance cycles, engagement surveys and process standardization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting team members with HR issues and questions.
  • Generalist HR responsibilities including baseline employee support, data and reporting.
  • Manage internal investigations, LOA and employee relations.
  • Audit, correct and maintain all HRIS data
  • Ensure appropriate audit control processes are developed, refined and followed in accordance with internal guidelines as well as state & federal regulations.
