is seeking a full-time HR Generalist in Aventura, FL 33160
About the Role:

As the Human Resource Manager for BTT, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's human resources department. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the company's staff are equipped with the necessary skills, resources, and support to deliver exceptional services. You will collaborate with leadership and team members to promote a positive work culture, address employee concerns, and implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Develop and oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and update HR policies, ensuring they align with current employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Maintains proprietary and confidential Company information.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the implementation of training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and collaborate with supervisors to provide feedback, set goals, and support employee development.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the clinic's HR practices adhere to all relevant legal requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Manage employee benefit programs and compensation plans, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Follows and ensures that BTT Corp’s general safety rules are being followed.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to clinic leadership, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to support decision-making.

Job Qualifications:
  • Advanced computer literacy required.
  • 1-3 years as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting or medical clinic
  • Experience in Portuguese and Spanish preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels, patients, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
