Talent Acquisition Coordinator


Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (70% remote, 30% in person) expected to travel in and around the Inland Empire (Riverside County & San Bernadino County), and occasionally travel throughout California (2-3 times per year)


Location: Candidates must be located in either Riverside County or San Bernadino County, CA


Pay: $40,000-$62,000

THE ROLE


The role of a Talent Coordinator is to generate, interview, onboard, and retain quality coaches and program facilitators for programs across California. This role is essential to the successful implementation of the Elevo programs in the districts we partner with. The successful candidate possesses the ability to take initiative, adaptability to changing priorities, high sense of urgency, and ability to build strong relationships.


Responsibilities


  • Create a great experience for all candidates by maintaining relationships and communicating regularly
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone, Google Meet and/or Zoom
  • Collaborate with our onboarding team to move candidates into the hired status and ensure all onboarding processes and procedures are being followed in a timely manner
  • Successfully meet recruitment deadlines for multiple hiring campaigns
  • Community outreach including but not limited to contacting local college/University personnel and referral campaigns
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers to deliver status updates and ensure knowledge of hiring needs and recruitment targets
  • Recruit qualified candidates and effectively evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, skill set, and salary requirements
  • Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Post and manage positions through various job boards and social media


Position Requirements


  • Experience managing CRM (HubSpot) systems is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of previous background in sales, operations, talent acquisition, or customer service
  • Proficient with Google Drive/tools
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Familiarity with databases, sales software, and services, and Microsoft Office
  • Understands the importance of data integrity to provide accurate pipeline reporting
  • This is a hybrid position based in Riverside County or San Bernadino County, CA with 70% remote, and 30% in-person. Travel to and from various in-person recruitment events, meetings, and trainings in San Diego, CA will be regularly required while travel throughout the entire state of California will be occasional. (2-3 times per year)

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple people and departments internally

The target annual base pay range for this position is $40,000 - $62,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
