Job Description
Rightworks has an immediate need for an HR Generalist in Irvine, CA. This is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position starting as early as July 24, 2023, for a global telecommunications company.


Schedule: Core 40 hours per week; IN-OFFICE Monday- Thursday, REMOTE Friday


The HR Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to:


  • Payroll for US and Canada employees
  • Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Benefits administration, open enrollment communication and documentation
  • HRIS system migration and data entry
  • SOP development and implementation


Preferred qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, oral and written
  • Labor laws and compliance (CA)
  • Self-starter, initiative, ability to research
  • Knowledgeable on immigration laws, working visas, etc.
  • Team player, collaborative, willing to help cross-functionally
  • Paylocity and/or ADP Workforce Now experience


Salary: $55k-$65k base DOE
