Fraud Specialist - Outbound - Call Center Representative - Remote - $15 Per Hour & Day 1 Benefits ($15.00 / Hour)

Employer is seeking a skilled Fraud Analyst to join our dynamic team and make a mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow. Responsibilities

• Analyze several aspects of account history, including payment and transaction history.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.
• Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system.
• Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour providing the merchants and cardholders of 5 or more assigned clients with standard/scripted responses.
• Contact customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Recent experience working in a high volume call center
• Ability to work well independently
• Ability to maintain professionalism during difficult situations with customers
• Diploma or GED
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills

Preferred

• Previous work experience in a fraud related field.
