Job Description

Summary Of Role


  • Contacts customers and merchants to gather additional information about fraudulent charges.
  • Maintains accurate and complete documentation for investigations.
  • Analyzes account history, including payment and transaction history.
  • Investigates potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system.


Responsibilities


  • Acquires and applies job skills, learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
  • Responds to account inquiries, providing standard/scripted responses to alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
  • Assists with completing lost stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts.
  • Receives detailed instructions and works under close supervision.
  • Works on routine to semi-routine assignments, following established procedures with limited decision-making.
  • Builds credit card replacement orders and prepares shipping materials.


Minimum Qualifications


  • No Relevant Experience Required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous work experience in a fraud-related field.
