Job Responsibilities

• Provide real-time troubleshooting and support to customers for technical issues
• Assist with billing adjustments and arrange product solutions as needed
• Serve as a product ambassador, educating customers on our offerings
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first call and exceeding expectations

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Preferred: Experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Must live in a specified location within states where employer operates
• Preferred: Experience in a sales-driven position
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• Must have high-speed internet connection available at home
• Preferred: Previous telecommunications experience
