  • Other duties as assigned
  • Meet contact center target metrics to ensure an unmatched patient experience
  • Update patient information in electronic medical records system
  • Collaborate with care teams to provide exceptional customer service and support clinics
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and resolving patient issues


Requirements


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel
  • Customer service and/or clinical reception experience preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation is a plus
  • Spanish or Polish language skills preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards older adult patient population
  • Must have US work authorization
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, some undergraduate education preferred
