- Meet contact center target metrics to ensure an unmatched patient experience
- Update patient information in electronic medical records system
- Collaborate with care teams to provide exceptional customer service and support clinics
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and resolving patient issues
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in PC skills, including basic Microsoft Excel
- Customer service and/or clinical reception experience preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation is a plus
- Spanish or Polish language skills preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards older adult patient population
- Must have US work authorization
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required, some undergraduate education preferred
