The Ethics and Public Policy Center is seeking a Receptionist/Call
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Other duties as assigned
- Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Greeting and directing visitors to appropriate areas of the organization
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
- Assisting with event planning and logistics
- Assisting with clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience working in a receptionist or call center role
