Job Description
The Ethics and Public Policy Center is seeking a Receptionist/Call


Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be


friendly, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This


position requires someone who can multitask, handle phone calls and


visitors, and maintain an efficient and welcoming office environment.


Tasks


Responsibilities


  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate individuals
  • Greeting and directing visitors to appropriate areas of the organization
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
  • Assisting with event planning and logistics
  • Assisting with clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephones.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience working in a receptionist or call center role
