Job Description

We are seeking a Remote (Work from home) Medical Call Center Receptionist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Must live local for two weeks of training in their Bethesda office. One has to commute to Bethesda for two to four weeks of training and live in MD, DC or VA. One must have receptionist and heave phone volume experience. Do not apply if you do not have this experience. Also, one must be comfortable sitting at a desk all day from 830am-5pm (1/2 hour lunch break). This is not a project position that allows flexibility in your schedule or your work flow.


Responsibilities:


  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Provide information about the products and services


Qualifications:


  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields


HOURS are M-F, 8:30 am - 5 pm, but one would need to be flexible in case they require coverage at 7:30 am some days.


ONE MUST BE VERY RELIABLE AND DISCIPLINED FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO THE "WORK FROM HOME" ASPECT OF THIS ROLE.


YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A COMPUTER AND PHONE TO PERFORM THIS ROLE FROM HOME. Must come to the office for two weeks of training.


MUST HAVE A DEDICATED AREA IN WHICH YOU CAN WORK FROM HOME WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS.
