This position is 100% remote but must sit in an eligible state. This role is expended to continue through to December.

We are seeking a Call Center Trainer with experience in Annual Enrollment Periods and a License to sell Health Insurance. You will work remotely.

Your Role

As a Call Center Trainer, you will:

• Conduct exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
• Measure and provide feedback on training fall out
• Observe sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
• Coordinate with other sales trainers and sales managers and class feedback and areas of improvement
• Other duties as required
• Develop individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
• Prepare new sales representatives by conducting product training, system training and sales tactics
• Must be able to engage a team in a remote environment

Your Pay

Hourly: $27ph - $30ph

Your Experience

Your experience and skills will include:

• Working knowledge of Licensed Healthcare Insurance Sales, laws, and best practices
• High School diploma or equivalent
• The ability to work remotely in a quiet space with privacy
• 2+ years Call Center Experience as a Trainer - ideally in licensed health insurance and a few seasons of AEP under your belt
• Licensed to sell healthcare Insurance highly preferred
