Responsibilities

:

• Assist with completing lost stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
• Analyze account history, including payment and transaction history, to identify fraudulent activity.
• Contact customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges.
• Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to alerts generated within the fraud detection queues.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.
• Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials.
• Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• No relevant experience required (preferred: previous work experience in a fraud-related field).

• Works under close supervision.
• Works on routine to semi-routine assignments, with limited decision-making outside of stated processes.
