The Position
As the Director of Service Operations at Quench, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to our customers. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Service, you will lead and support a variety of teams, including Facilities, Health and Safety, Fleet, Administration, and M&A Integration. With your strategic vision and operational expertise, you will help shape the future of our service organization and drive our growth as a company.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:
· Leading the development of company budget and growth strategy.
· Developing and executing strategies to optimize department and company growth.
· Communicating with company executives and other stakeholders to align on priorities and goals.
· Conducting performance reviews of managers to ensure they are meeting key performance objectives.
· Ensuring adherence to key performance objectives to meet business and customer expectations.
· Talent management, including employee development and retention.
· Creating reports, analyzing metrics, and identifying performance trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to a diverse set of stakeholders.
· Strong people skills to manage and motivate teams of diverse backgrounds.
· Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
· Proficient operational and financial acumen to manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and analyze financial reports.
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Office, Outlook, and Teams.
· Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation in a similar role.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience managing human resources, finances, operations, or strategies.
Experience with CRM Enterprise software such as Salesforce.
