POSITION OBJECTIVE


Chick-fil-A Texas ADubb, Inc. Enterprise is currently in search of a Chief Operating Officer who will take charge of and provide strategic direction for the day-to-day operations and procedures. Being on the leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will oversee the operations and work closely with the Owner/Operator and Leadership Team to grow the business between both locations. The primary focus of this role will be orchestrating systems, optimizing operations, and utilizing metrics to maximize opportunities and enhance the performance of a 26-million-dollar business. The role of Chief Operating Officer presents a unique and deliberate chance for professional development, aimed at fostering lasting success and continuous advancement within Chick-fil-A Texas ADubb, Inc. Enterprise long term.


POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with the company's strategic vision, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A Frisco Lakes is stewarding all resources well and meeting and exceeding all Chick-fil-A standards
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to ensure systems and processes are established, monitored, and followed, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage daily operations and processes while holding the team accountable for operational excellence
  • Identify challenges and proactively implement innovative solutions that result in measurable improvements, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Establish, monitor, and evolve store goals with a focus on key metrics
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization, and translate these findings into actionable strategies.
  • Plan ahead to ensure the store runs smoothly during peak times by evaluating logistical needs
  • Participate in both strategic and tactical decision making



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED


  • Demonstrated success in implementing processes that led to measurable enhancements in efficiency, productivity, or business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and experience leveraging metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience is required.
  • Professionalism in interactions with both team members and guests.
  • Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to analyze data, create reports, and inform decision-making.
  • A results-oriented and performance-driven mindset, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think like an owner.
  • Bachelor's preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
