Automotive Service Director/Service Manager (Nissan)
TEXAS
The Hicks Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated Service Director to take our Nissan Service Department to the next level.
The Hicks Automotive Group of five automotive dealerships have been part of the Corpus Christi and Coastal Bend community since 1973. The right candidate will be a self-starter with a track record of success in delivering a high level customer experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years of proven success in Fixed Operations Management with a stable career progression.
Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with the confidence in your ability to be
  • Ensure the service area is organized, presentable, and performing efficiently.
  • Has an in depth knowledge and understanding of shop productivity.
  • Ensure the Service Department meets and exceeds all customer satisfaction (CSI) objectives.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Hire, Train Develop and Motivate the Service Department staff and monitor their performance.
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the Service Department and ensure they are met.
  • Experience with Lateral Support Groups a plus.
  • Successful.
