Material Processing Solutions (MPS) – Sand and Aggregate Washing

Dallas / Fort Worth Region, Texas

As Head of Operations, you will play an integral role in the region's success, bridging gaps between sales, technical engineering, and delivery teams to ensure the smooth handover of world-class solutions to our customers.

Key Requirements:

• MSHA and/or OSHA training
• You must have demonstrated previous professional success in an Operational lead position.
• You MUST be based in/willing to relocate to Dallas / Fort Worth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report the commissioning process to all key stakeholders and ensure its success for each project.
• Uphold company values, fostering a culture of belief in the possible, doing it right, mutual upliftment, and excitement creation.
• Ensure reliable data collection from all plants and report critical performance data, machine performance, and material specifications.
• Assume full responsibility for all regional operations, including field operations (installation, commissioning, and service).
• Perform any other duties within the reason and capability associated with this role.
• Build a strong team by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating multi-disciplined individuals. Ensure a smooth transition from Project Realisation to Lifetime Care.
• Collaborate with major teams to uphold governance standards and consistently meet time, cost, and quality goals.
• Handle escalated queries and issues promptly to ensure top-tier customer service.
• Ensure the team's strict adherence to health & safety requirements, promoting a 'Home Safe Every Day' environment.
• Continually evaluate and enhance the commissioning process for consistency across all plants.
• Work closely with project delivery, installation, commissioning, and customer care teams to track project timelines and deliver on schedule.
• Support sales teams throughout the negotiation process, providing needed guidance.
• Actively retain and develop both existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with planning and project managers for an accurate commissioning schedule/forecast.
• Create and manage a portfolio of remote commissioning guides for knowledge continuity.
