Head Of Operations/ Operations Manager (Network/ Infrastructure)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead our network infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our network infrastructure, including camera installations and IoT devices. This position requires frequent travel to various locations to oversee operations and ensure the successful implementation of projects. Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs, and facilitate appropriate training programs to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to camera systems and IoT devices.
• Develop and implement protocols and procedures for camera installations and IoT device management to ensure seamless integration and maximum performance.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and develop strategies for network expansion and improvement.
• Conduct site visits to assess network requirements, evaluate installation progress, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead the strategic planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any site-related issues or concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Travel to various locations as required to oversee network infrastructure installations, camera deployments, and operational activities.
• Travel and Site Visits:
• Monitor network performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement necessary changes to optimize operational efficiency.
• Network Infrastructure Management:
• Camera Installation and IoT Device Management:
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security camera systems and IoT devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage and prioritize projects related to network infrastructure, camera installations, and IoT devices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Team Leadership:

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of network protocols, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Extensive experience in network infrastructure management, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• In-depth knowledge of camera installation techniques, surveillance systems, and IoT devices.
• Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion within defined timelines and budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various locations as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
