THE ROLE
As a Business Development Manager reporting to the Vice President, your role will be to reach out to new potential customers, to build relationships and to develop new sustainable profitable partnerships that ensure consistent sales growth.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Find a route to market for new innovative product offerings.
- Develop new markets by targeting prospective customers.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Work with new customers to gain a thorough understanding of their business needs and requirements while
offering solutions.
- Effectively Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting, and action plans.
- Travel and work trade shows.
- Maintain and grow your account base by deploying innovative strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED
·Minimum 5 years’ experience anddemonstrated skills in business development.
·Experience with launching innovative products in the food industry.
·Knowledge pertaining to specialty ingredients for food, beverage, and sports nutrition industries.
·Excellent negotiation.
·Superior time management skills
·Exceptional communication skills.
·Ability to travel regularly.
·Strong business finance acumen.
·Strategic thinker.
·Team player.
- Proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Suite, CRM.
