Data Organization Project Manager - Remote In Usa - Salary $120-$150K

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Data Governance Project Manager who resides within the US within the Mountain/Central time zones and is open to working remotely.

In this role, the candidate will facilitate the execution of multiple Data Governance and Security projects, collaborating closely with the Tech Services team, Application Development team, and Data Governance team. The focus will be on ensuring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring timely delivery. The role also entails promoting best practices in data governance and security through successful project completion, aligned with the overall goals of the Data Organization team. The Project Manager will employ project management techniques, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement for effective project communication and execution. This position offers engagement with various aspects of the team's data and business processes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions to ensure project success.
• Other duties as assigned to support Data Governance and Security within the team.
• Develop and oversee project plans in coordination with team leaders to achieve strategic Data Organization team goals.
• Utilize Continuous Improvement methods to enhance project communication and processes.
• Create presentations and change management tools to align project results with organizational goals.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on project tracking and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in data security and digital transformation projects.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, collaborate effectively, and work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in information management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Change Management and multi-project portfolio management.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Smartsheets.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.

This role demands a proactive approach, fostering collaboration, driving change, and ensuring timely project completion while aligning with the objectives of the Data Organization team.
