Associate Recruiter

We are looking for an Associate Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our team at Accel Therapies in Orange,CA! You will play a vital role in talent sourcing, evaluating and engaging skilled professionals, who are passionate about ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). By collaborating with recruiting managers and other department heads on a regular basis, you will be responsible for proactively identifying future hiring needs and ensuring candidates are well-equipped to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the staffing industry and will be able to build rapport and trust with candidates while also maintaining strict compliance with HR policies and procedures. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing a robust onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all new employees comply with company policies, and working closely with the leadership to help drive our recruiting efforts.

What qualifications do you need to be successful in this role?

• Conduct 30-50 individual and group interviews per week.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in JazzHR, the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Monitor trainees' progress, provide feedback, and adjust training plans as needed.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns during the selection process and onboarding/training period.
• Organize and lead training sessions, both virtually and in-person, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in conducting in-person or virtual interviews and evaluations.
• Source and attract candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

What are the requirements?

• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.) and experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other hiring software.
• Infectious energy, enthusiasm, and a zest for connecting with people.
• Creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box in sourcing candidates.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• BS in Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred.
