Job Description

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to provide recruiting support to HR Director along with additional HR supportive responsibilities as needed.


Location: Upland and Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay rate: $22.00 - $27.00/hour

Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8AM - 5PM


Duties:

  • Update all agency job descriptions and confirm physical requirements.
  • Prepare written position announcements; screen applications to determine if applicants meet position minimum qualifications and notify applicants of decision
  • Arranges hiring interviews to include prepare interview questions and packets
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide HR Administrative support to HR Director
  • Submit recommendation for hire and initiate the hiring process.


Experience:

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Pivot Tables Required), experience with iCIMS, ADP, SAP, or UltiPro systems preferred
  • 2-5+ years of HR / Recruiter experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual English and Spanish required
  • Manufacturing, Construction, or Distribution industry experience
  • Full cycle recruitment experience
