Job Description

Xanitos is Hiring a Full-Time Recruiter.


The Recruiter position is responsible for delivering all facets of HR and recruiting support throughout the Division in addition to assistance with Corporate HR initiatives as needed. The coordinator will work directly with the Corporate HR Team to assist with the administration of human resources policies and procedures and provides day-to-day support to designated functional groups and business partners. The coordinator maintains and supports programs and procedures in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, communications, training and organizational development, and performance management. The coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring we hire and retain the best possible talent for Xanitos.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Coordinates all applicable employment testing and administers and reviews reference checks.
  • Assists with preparation of offer letters, employment agreements and associated documentation.
  • Coordinates all applicable forms, notifications, etc.
  • Aid as needed with employment verifications, background checks and new hire drug testing.
  • Assists Office Managers/ Directors with Hourly employee recruiting
  • Assists with onsite client meetings, trainings and employee orientation.
  • Assists with job fairs, internship programs
  • Completes weekly and monthly employment activity reports.
  • Screens and interviews applicants, and assesses talent to generate qualified candidate(s).
  • Acts as liaison with area employment and advertising agencies.
  • Coordinates with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for position(s).
  • Processes job requisitions and oversees requisition cycle management.
  • Ensures timely follow up and extends verbal and written contingent employment offers.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years recruiting experience. Healthcare or related industry experience preferred.
  • Strong value system, excellent judgment, integrity and listening skills.
  • Experience with various job boards, social networking sites and job fairs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with multiple hiring managers
  • Knowledge of compliance required for legal hiring practices.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • High School diploma required. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient, detail-oriented, and organized person capable of delivering accurate results while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Experience supporting multi state field operations highly desirable
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and web-based recruitment tools.
