Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our technical positions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical landscape and be able to identify and attract the best candidates for our organization.


Key Responsibilities


  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top technical talent
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract top talent
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process


Qualifications


  • Experience with recruiting for remote positions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the technical landscape and ability to identify top talent
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
