Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Oxnard, CA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles across different industries. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and managing the hiring process from beginning to end.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Knowledge of various job boards and recruitment channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates
• Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other recruiting tools is a plus
