The Recruiter is responsible for owning, creating, and executing all recruitment activities, including full-cycle recruitment, for the Global headquarters. This role supports Talent and Recruiting initiatives as well as brings fresh, innovative ideas for how to attract and recruit the best talent while coaching hiring managers on best practices and industry trends.

The recruiter should be able to effectively sell the brand and LVHM Group to active and passive candidates, through networking, outreach, and Employer Branding initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain diverse candidates, while ensuring the hiring process is inclusive and equitable for all candidates
  • Identify difficult positions to recruit, build a pipeline for future hires, and seek an innovative strategy to post and attract talent (additional job boards, career fairs, etc.)
  • Maintain strong recruiting metrics and capture key KPIs including time to fill and source of hire
  • Provide a consistent and elevated candidate experience for applicants and candidates interacting with Benefit Cosmetics
  • Coordinate all other processes involved in transiting a new hire from applicant to successful employee
  • Be aware of main immigration matters and working visa solutions to provide information to any international candidates (L1, E2, J1 visa, etc..) in the effort to diversify and build a truly global team at Benefit HQ
  • Maintain all job postings in ADP (ATS) and all third-party sites
  • Manage the candidate offer process from creation through negotiation, offer extension, and acceptance in conjunction with the hiring team
  • Assist the Director, Talent Acquisition with projects and strategic initiatives within the TA and HR teams as needed
  • Bring innovative ideas to the recruiting and Employer Branding function to ensure that Benefit continues to identify and hire the best talent
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for global headquarters. This includes external recruitment as well as identifying qualified internal candidates to fill open roles
  • Participate in Campus events and job fairs when necessary
  • Act as a strategic business partner and talent advisor for client groups, while coaching hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Foster relationships with the Human Resource team and Hiring Managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications awareness to improve the quality and alignment of recruitment support
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partner with as needed to assist with staffing needs
  • Educate and train hiring managers on how to interview and identify top talent
  • Own the recruitment process and ensure consistent candidate experience thru interview scorecards, interview format, pre-employment testing, hiring manager coaching, and guidance
  • Partner with client groups and the Human Resources team to understand organizational changes, identify potential areas of risk, and anticipate future hiring needs
  • Actively source top candidates via LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, networking, events, and external websites


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience with ATS tools
  • A social media pro with demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, ideally in a consumer products organization
  • Knowledge of state employment laws as they relate to recruitment
  • Well-versed in recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms


Schedule:

  • Hybrid- requires onsite presence weekly


The target salary range for this position is $72,000-$95,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
