We are looking for a Field Recruiter to lead our recruiting efforts. The role of a Field Recruiter requires close and collaborative working relationships with all levels of leadership to create recruiting strategies that align field recruiting with our company objectives. This position will be 25% based in the field in Northern California.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet hiring goals and expectations
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Write, edit, and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
  • Work to create and maintain a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open
  • Work with staffing agencies to source contract hires to fill temporary staffing needs
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
  • Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Must be an independent thinker, problem solver and results focused professional
  • Strong negotiation, communication, research, and analytical skills
  • 25% travel in market required
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting required
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Psychology preferred
  • Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and possess the ability to multi task
