Recruiter

A fantastic, full-time opportunity has become available inTemecula for a nationwide, permanent placement staffing agency.We are looking for anenergetic,proactive, andcommission-orientedindividual to join our team as aRecruiter Specialist or Senior Recruiter, who will successfully identify, screen, and submit candidates for a variety of industries across the United States. This position offers a compensation structure that includes a draw guaranteed fixed base salary + commission, plus quarterly and annual bonuses, health benefits, PTO, paid holidays and other perks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business development, participate alongside VP in conferencing with prospective companies looking to get engaged with our staffing firm, discussing their needs and defining the portfolio of an ideal candidate.
• Utilize various channels ofcandidate sourcingthroughinternet job boards,referrals, anddirect recruitment methods including job posting
• Schedule and organize interviewswith potential candidates and clients
• Pre-screen potential candidatesvia email or telephone for various high level positions thoroughlydiscussing qualifications, past work history and salary
• Conduct and reviewInternet searchesto sourcepotential candidates,conduct database searches,input findings, andtrack results

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated organization and conscientiousness
• Excellent Written&Verbal Communicationskills and ability to confidently communicate with potential candidates on the phone is aMUST
• Previous"head-hunting"direct hire recruiting experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Proven knowledge ofMicrosoft Office:Word, basic Excel, Outlook isa MUST
• Highly organized and able to prioritizework with limited guidance
• Bachelor’s Degree PREFERRED
• 1-2 years' experiencein an office-basedResearch or Sales rolewith strong attention to detail.
